Ericka and Kyle are getting married at the Starline Factory in Harvard, IL This historic building takes up 5 blocks and the reception portion of the building will hold around 500 or more guests. The rustic and charming nature of the converted warehouse looks like a great place to host a wedding. We decided to shoot Ericka and Kyle's engagement portrats in this building and it made for a wonderful new location to shoot! With large windows the natural light is incredible!
I love doing the clone shot technique. With all the natural light at the Starline this was pretty easy to pull off. I love the second shot of Ericka preparing to jump!
Another benefit of shooting indoor engagements was the ability to use a softbox on a tripod. I love the look of this shot.
