Matt Mason Photography is so professional, so responsive and an absolute joy to work with. My husband and I live in Boston but had our wedding in Lake Geneva, WI near where I grew up. Despite the distance, Matt was extremely thorough and reassuring about all of the details for our big day.
The day of our wedding, everything went as smoothly as his pre-wedding timeline had suggested. Matt’s poses and ideas are phenomenal and he really knows the best ways to capture the Lake Geneva skyline and emotion of the day. Honestly, I didn’t even notice him or his assistant throughout the day and was amazed and impressed at some of the beautiful photos I had no idea were being taken! (Those outside of the posed ones of course).
Not only did MMP have photos up THE NIGHT of the wedding, I received all of my photos and a beautiful album at my door in Boston in just over a week. I could not have chosen a better photographer for our wedding and would highly recommend to anyone in the Southeastern Wisconsin area.

Thank you so much for uploading the pictures so quickly to the website. We were surprised to find them there by the time we got back from Lake Geneva on Sunday. I cannot tell you how pleased we are. And we have gotten so many compliments on how well the pictures turned out. We had a bbq today in the Quad Cities for our friends here and we had a copy of the pictures along and MANY times we were told we must have had an awesome photographer and we agreed! It really was a perfect evening and your pictures capture it perfectly. We had many comments from people who were with us on the boat how professional and pleasant you were – and we couldn’t agree more!!

Every year we do family photos and we end up with a couple of great pictures. I expect that. But I also expect a certain level of tension in the experience. Tension for us because this is our “one chance” to get a great family photo. But this year, working with Matt, we were distracted from being tense by the enthusiasm and creativity of the photo shoot experience. Afterward my wife’s first comment was, “that was fun!” And I agreed with her. And the even better news was that we got a bunch of lifetime memory photos. I’m honestly looking forward to next years family photo shoot.

Words cannot describe how pleased we were with Matt’s artistic ability and eye along with his great photos. He blew us away with our engagement pictures and outdid himself on our wedding day. Matt is not your standard photographer he has a unique way of getting outstanding pictures by helping you just act normal and be you. Matt treated my new wife and I like a king and queen! If we asked him to jump he asked how high?! He dealt with a more than energetic wedding party for pictures after the ceremony. We took 3 hours of pictures around Milwaukee all the while traveling on a party bus…enough said. He knew how to handle them and still get great shots!
Then, Matt literally had video and photos of our wedding day included in our slideshow at the reception and he did such an amazing job with it! We wish there were more ways in words to describe how pleased we are/were with Matt and his crew; if you hire Matt Mason Photography you just made one of the best decisions of your wedding planning. We will definitely use Matt’s services again in the future and would recommend him to anyone!

I can’t begin to express how amazing my wedding day was and how well Matt kept everyone in line and on schedule. My pictures are absolutley AMAZING, and I am so glad Matt talked me into doing the fusion video. He is such a great personality and knows how to capture the most unbelievable photographs… I have already and will continue to refer him to other people. With as much stress as I had on my wedding day, he seemed to make it go away with his organization and humor. Besides the fact that 2-3 weeks after my wedding i already had my album, DVD from my fusion video, and all wedding pictures I think explains how dedicated he is to his work and making his customers happy. Our experience with Matt recently was such a blast! He really brought out the best in all of us and made it a real great time for our family to bond and have fun. First the photo ideas were extremely creative…not your typical poses and he was really able to capture the candid moments. Second, I never really thought of incorporating video into our family photo experience, but we are really glad we did! We’ve watched the video over and over and it is a great way to relive our time together and share with friends and family.
